A wise man once said “problems in life? Think of your kitchen sink”.
Sometimes, we tend to remember all our problems at once. This opens a door to tensions, depression & all the other negative emotions which makes it difficult to come out of that particular state of mind. When you find yourself in such a situation, think of the kitchen sink. Think of it being full with vessels that need to be washed. Now, you cannot wash all the vessels at once (forget the dish washer). Similarly, when you think about all the problems/issues in your life, do not think about solving them at once. Solve them one by one. Of course, this will demand patience, but it will also relax you. Reduce the burden of correcting everything at once. Hope this helps!
