A simple & refreshing dessert/drink for summer. The cantaloupe I had was so sweet that I decided to add some grapes for sour taste instead of adding lime/lemon.
Here is the recipe (Makes 4 servings):
1. Cut the cantaloupe into pieces & place in a grinder.
2. Add around 20 grape pieces. Next time I am going to try blackberries instead of grapes.
3. Grind together without adding water.
4. Freeze it for 6-8 hours for making Granita. (I kept it frozen just for 3 hours. So, it doesn’t look that icy ;))
